The space combines industrial character with refined contemporary design. Large factory-style windows flood the interior with natural daylight, while dimmable gallery lighting allows you to set the perfect mood for any event. Our space O–183 has a showroom character, with furnishings that are constantly evolving. The high-quality interior design always remains in harmony with the style: modern and minimalist in form, calm and natural in color. A viewing can be arranged prior to the event, or photos of the current setup can be provided upon request. As standard, a large table for up to 10 people and various seating options are provided. A separate unisex restroom is accessible through the courtyard, though it is not wheelchair-accessible due to two small steps.

Equipped with essential modern amenities, the location includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75-inch multimedia TV with Apple TV, and a Teufel sound system. A compact kitchen unit with fridge, dishwasher, and Quooker faucet offering hot, cold, or sparkling water ensures catering convenience. Practical features such as a barrier-free entrance, a unisex restroom, and parking directly in front of the building further enhance guest comfort.
