\"Through The Cycle\" is een po\u00ebtische korte film die de diepten van geestelijke gezondheidservaringen en wegen naar genezing verkent. De film volgt zes personages die een individuele reis maken om de pijn en trauma's die ze hebben onderdrukt te confronteren en te overwinnen.<\/p>\n

De film is gebaseerd op een album van het componistenduo Dhanya Langer en Max Scholl, ook bekend als Modha. Gedurende een periode van twee jaar haalden ze inspiratie uit echte ervaringen en intieme gesprekken met collega-artiesten, vrienden en familie, die als basis dienden voor de muziek, het schrijven en later de film.<\/p>\n

Nils Hansen was een constante metgezel op de muzikale reis en omarmde het collaboratieve karakter van het project door een script te maken dat zes individuele verhalen verweeft, elk ge\u00efnspireerd door de persoonlijke ervaringen van de muzikale medewerkers van het album. Zijn doel was om de persoonlijke aard van het project te behouden en de veelheid aan perspectieven binnen het complexe onderwerp van de film uit te drukken via de episodische structuur.<\/p>\n

\"Through The Cycle\" wil een dialoog op gang brengen over geestelijke gezondheid die verder gaat dan oppervlakkige discussies en dieper ingaat op de complexiteit ervan. Door muziek, tekst en visuele verhalen te combineren, willen de filmmakers een betekenisvolle en tot nadenken stemmende ervaring cre\u00ebren die resoneert met het publiek en aanmoedigt om door te gaan.
